cancel immediately if you disagree. This agreement will put into effect

A.Customer Qualifications
Services of the Site apply to the body or individuals that can sign contracts
of law binding force only. The Site will not offer services to the
user under 18 or been terminated by the Site temporarily or indefinably.
Please do not use the Site unqualifiedly. Furthermore, please do not
transfer or sell your account (including credit valuation) & name.
The Site will reserve the right to pause or end you account.
B.Personal Data
The member must provide latest true & effective registration data
for the sake of fast and accurate services, for example: name, sex, company,
nation, province, city, address, postal code, main telephone number,
spare telephone number, fax number, email, network contact tools, etc..
1. You are in duty bound to update your data to ensure its correctness & completion
up to the minute. The Site has reason to doubt and the right to pause
or end you account plus refuse to fully enjoy our service while has no
responsibility if your data have any of those problems. In addition,
you should undertake all relating expense.
2. Once you fill in the data then you should be responsible for the whole
results caused by the date. The Site does not undertake responsibility
to the date.
3. The member's data cannot:
a) Be Deceitful, incorrect, incomplete or misleading;
b) Be fraudulent or refer to sell the inferior article or booties;
c) Invade any copyrights, patents, trademarks, business secrets or
other exclusive rights of any third parties;
d) Breach any law or regulations (include but not limited to export
control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, anti-bias
or trade convention)
e) Have the illegal data as to be calumniatory, business calumniatory,
illegal threat, or illegal harassments;
f) Have obscene or pornographic contents;
g) Have any contents that may be forbidden by Chinese laws and regulations;
1¡¢ Breach the local law under the premise of the Chinese laws for foreign
business enterprises, corporations, and general persons.
4. Under other unlimited premise of remedy, the Site may restrict
your login, delete your products or do other action if any of following
cases occurs:
a) Breach this agreement or any document brought into the document;
b) Our company can't check the certificate or verify you data;
c) Our company believes that your use may bring other users and the Site
harm.
C. Member Account, Password and Safety
You understand and agree to keep password and account safety as your
responsibility. You will take the complete responsibility towards the
whole activities and speech in using of that password and accounts
and agree the following items:
1¡¢ You cannot reveal to anybody your account or password also cannot
use others¡¯ account or password.
2¡¢You should take protection measures and inform us immediately in
case of embezzlement to pause the service. Before your notice, our
service is put into effect unless it is proved that our company commits
any intentional or grievous fault otherwise our company won't undertake
any responsibility.
D. Liability & Promise of the User
1¡¢Use the Site without any illegal intention ion or means and abide
any relevant laws and regulations of PRC and international conventions.
If you are foreign user, please abide your own laws besides.
2. Agree and guarantee your usage not violating others¡¯ rights & benefits.
In any case of violation, you must undertake all legal liability.
E. Pause, Reject or Terminate Your Usage
1¡¢You must agree to pause, reject, terminate services by the Site that
has made its judgment you violate any clauses posed by the Site.
2. You must agree the Site having the right to pause or terminate your
usage of the account, password and the Trust Service in case
of any problems.
F. System Break-off or Break-down
In the following case of the break-down system, the Site takes no responsibility
of indemnity:
1¡¢System maintenance agreed by both parties;
2¡¢Due to Telecommunication equipments break down;
3. Due to force majeure as typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, flood, power
cut, war, terrorism etc.
G£®Limitation of Liability
1. The Site assumes the liability in this agreement;
2. Your risks of transaction are to your undertaking.
3. The customer information is to your judgment, which is to your responsibility
of the correctness, completion in time.
4. Under the permission of laws, the Site commits no responsibility of
your loss caused by this agreement or relating to this agreement or any
other conditions due to your own fault.
H. IPRs
Madeindg.com is the owner or lawful licensee of all the rights to the
content in the Site as well as other obliges.
Trade secrets, intellectual property rights, copyrights, all title and
ownership are protected in the Site. The unauthorized copying, modification,
use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.
All rights not otherwise claimed under this Agreement or by Alibaba.com
are hereby reserved.
I. Jurisdiction
The user and the Site should inform the other party any controversies
that should be solve friendly through discussion. If the disagreement
still remains after negotiation, any party can apply arbitration of the
court. The Site is under the jurisdiction of Dongguan Intermediate People's
Court of the first instance.
